Trying not to throw up in the car on the way to practice. Coaches have been warning up high endurance based practice to prep for the bouts this weekend. But for the fresh meat and people not skating in those bouts it’s just an ass kicking. And I just got back from RollerCon and I’m beat to shit and feeling sick. God I’m scared and my knees are for shit. But I need to make the next two practices for attendance. Fuck. How do I alway back myself up against a wall?!
